How you opt in

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Welk Advisory in one of these ways:

  • By submitting your phone number through the contact form or chat widget on our website and checking the consent box.
  • By calling our business phone number and being unable to reach us (in which case we may reply by SMS to help you with your inquiry).
  • By explicitly requesting SMS communication during a phone call or meeting.

What messages you'll receive

If you opt in, you may receive:

  • A reply to your inquiry
  • Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
  • Follow-up messages related directly to our conversation with you

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS without explicit separate consent.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us. Typical engagements involve fewer than 10 messages per month.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Welk Advisory does not charge for SMS messages.

Opting out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers

We support messaging on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and message content are handled under our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
