Bringing your business into the age of AI.

For most businesses, AI today means a couple of people on the team using ChatGPT as a smarter search bar. If that sounds familiar, you're not behind — you're in the majority. We help you identify where AI actually fits, build it into your operation, and train your team to keep going.

The reality

Almost no one is really using AI yet.

It comes up on nearly every first call we take. One person uses ChatGPT to tighten up emails. Someone else tried to automate a report and got stuck. Nobody has a clear picture of how AI fits into the business as a whole.

The fact that you're even asking the question puts you ahead of most of your peers. The next step is more straightforward than it looks — and it doesn't require hiring engineers.

Our approach

Strategy. Transformation. Training.

Three disciplines that work together. Not a software rollout — a change in how the business operates day to day.

01 / Strategy

Strategy

Where does AI actually fit in your business? We study your industry, your competitors' moves, and your operation. You leave with a short list of specific AI use cases — lead generation, sales, customer service, operations, reporting — built for you, not generic advice.

02 / Transformation

Transformation

We help you design and implement AI systems across every function we identified — lead generation, sales, customer service, operations, reporting. Work your team used to do manually now happens in the background.

03 / Training

Training

We will help train your team to apply AI to their own day-to-day work. They learn to spot manual tasks and build the tools to handle them. Eventually, they can do what we did.

Where do you stand?

A three-minute AI readiness check.

Fifteen plain-English questions that score how ready your business is for AI and point to the first thing worth automating. You see your result on the spot, with no email required.

A real example

A weekly research brief that used to take hours now lands before Monday.

A venture firm needed weekly intelligence on each business in their portfolio — industry shifts, competitor moves, regulatory changes. Every portfolio company operated in a different sector, so the research had to be specific to each one.

We built a research agent configured to each business in their portfolio. It runs overnight: pulls the week's news, writes a deep-dive per business, and assembles one consolidated report delivered to email, Slack, and a dashboard every Monday morning. Producing this by hand would take a junior analyst four to six hours a week.

Our philosophy

We work ourselves out of the job.

We start by getting in the weeds with you. Where are the slow, manual processes eating up someone's week? Are there leads slipping through the cracks? Where could AI quietly streamline operations or deepen a customer relationship? We find those places with you, in your business — not from a template.

Then we build and implement. You get working systems in place without turning the company upside down or waiting on a roadmap. The lights come on, the team keeps operating, and the slow parts start moving.

In parallel, we bring your people into the age of AI. Training runs from the owner to the front desk — how to think with these tools, how to spot the next opportunity to make a process more efficient, how to ship their own small software when they see it.

That's the point. We stay on for strategy and the genuinely hard problems. Everything else belongs to the people who have to live with it.

Let's talk about your business.
